How it works

Community members complete micro-surveys

Short, optional 1–2 question surveys surface periodically for logged-in users. Under 10 seconds, never required.

Responses are weighted and combined

Each survey type contributes a weighted portion to the overall score, normalized to a 0–100 scale.

The score updates in real time

As new responses come in the DM Score recalculates automatically. You're seeing the live 90-day rolling average right now.

We publish it publicly — no hiding

The score is visible to everyone, logged in or not. If it drops, we own it. If it climbs, the community made it happen.
